This policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from Socilyra Digital LLC.
For fixed-scope projects (such as website builds), deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time already committed. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full.
Monthly services (such as social media management) can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for a month already in progress.
Hourly work is billed for time actually spent. Unused pre-paid hours are refundable on request.
